We're not just building homes, doing renovations, creating dream back yards; we're building relationships and serving our neighbors.

The 828 in our name comes from our favorite verse in the Bible. The verse, Romans 8:28, which states, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose," is part of Ryan's core beliefs. This isn't just a verse to us — it's the core of our business and our daily reminder that everything we do has a greater purpose. We believe that no matter how difficult a project becomes, God will work through our hands to make it better than we could even imagine. We are committed to fair pricing, integrity, and excellence in every renovation, repair, and and new build.
A heart for Christ Our Story:
Our company was founded by Ryan Mullen, a man who strongly believes in Jesus. He originally started 828 Construction Services, LLC to help the Wilmington, NC area clean up after hurricanes and large storms. With nothing but his rent money and donations from a few caring members of local community pages, his vision for a Christ-focused business grew from there. Ryan hopes that through the money made by the company, he will be able to give back to those in need, whether it's feeding the homeless or helping the elderly after a storm.
Faith without works is dead, Giving Back to Our Community:
Another aspect of our walk with Christ is giving back to our community. At 828 Construction Services, LLC, we strive to serve others as our Lord calls us to do. We don't do this for our glory, but to bring glory to the One who deserves it most. Our goal is to not only grow as a company but also to grow the love for Christ through loving others as Christ first loved us (John 15:12). As you can see in the picture, our kids help us pack "goody bags" that we hand out to the homeless, allowing them to be a part of serving their community. We hope to serve in all ways we are capable!
